    Return Policy

    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at divinemantrahelp@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest. 

    Return Conditions:

    • Return request should be generated within 24 hours of item delivery.
    • We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted in case of size or quality issues. 
    • Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your return request at the earliest.
    • We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.
    • Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
    • Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.

    Note:- If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.

    Refund Policy

    • In the case of a broken or damaged product, a replacement will be sent. Refunds will not be issued for broken or damaged products.
    • Refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect product delivery or non-delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
    • For credit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
    • For cheque payments, a cheque will be mailed to the billing address.
    • For COD orders, the refund will be credited after confirmation from the customer. Please note, that we do not refund the shipping charges for COD orders. 
    • Refunds are typically processed within 8-10 working days after we receive the product in its original condition. 

    Note: We are not responsible for delays in crediting the Cardholder’s account, as this is managed by the issuing bank.
